You are growing way to fast for me! I can't believe you just finished 3rd grade. Seems just like yesterday you started 2 year old preschool! You are quite my social butterfly (where do you get that from, ha!)! This year you participated in children's choir at church, competitive cheerleading/tumbling, piano lessons, Little Sprouts club (gardening club at school), and UIL spelling. I love it! You are very independent and you love being involved...and you are very sure of yourself. Even though you keep a super busy schedule (thank goodness for my calender!) you still maintained straight A's all year long...for the 4th year in a row! You also won 2 art contest at school and won 12 awards at the end of the year! These are all things to be proud of!
You get complimented all the time for your good behavior ... although you are starting to get a bit of attitude from time to time with Mommy and Daddy. But overall, you have a tender heart and a sweet spirit. You are fair and you show respect to all adults and classmates...and even those classmates that are sometimes very difficult to like! I hope you always carry that trait!
I have really watched you grow in your walk with the Lord. One of my favorite parts of the day is at bedtime snuggling w/ you and reading your devotion and praying. I hope that is something we can always share. My heart swells with pride knowing you are saved and that the choices you make reflect that. I hope and pray that you always seek him in your decision making ... no matter how big or small something may seem. And I pray you always shine for the Lord, just as you do now.
