1 pound elbow macaroni
Purple onion to taste
Shredded carrots ( I cheat, I buy the ones already shredded!)
1 Green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 cup mayo
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Pepper to taste
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and let cool. In a large mixing bowl, mix remaining ingredients together. Add pasta. Stir until well combined.
