Monday: Whole Wheat Spaghetti and Garlic Bread (we didn't have this last week as I had planned so the kids are thrilled!)
Tuesday: Crock Pot Ribs, Corn on the Cob, Pasta Salad
Wednesday: Chicken Enchaladas, Red Beans and Rice, Guacamole, Homemade Salsa and Tortilla Chips
Thursday: Scrambled Eggs, French Toast and Bacon
Friday: Left-overs!
