Texas-Style Breakfast Casserole

This recipe comes from my Gooseberry Patch Fall, Family and Friends Cookbook

32 oz. frozen shredded hashbrowns
1 lb. cooked ham, diced
1 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
8 eggs
1 C whipping cream
1/2 t garlic powder
1/8 t nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch green onions, sliced
OPTIONAL: 2 pickled jalapenos, chopped

Can't wait to make this for Bible Study tomorrow morning!!
