Breakfast Sausage Casserole

I don't know about you....but I L.O.V.E. casseroles! I think this would be great to take to a Bible study!  I came across this particular recipe while seaching "blogland" and can't wait to try it.
It is not healthy by any means...but one can cheat every one in a while!

BREAKFAST SAUSAGE CASSEROLE

2 lbs. sausage (ground sausage)
8 oz. french onion dip
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 C chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 C chopped green bell pepper
1 C sour cream
1/4 C chopped red bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
30 oz. pkg. thawed hash browns (or tater tots)

1.  Brown sausage and drain well.
2.  In mixing bowl, combine cheese, soup, sour cream and french onion dip.  Add chopped onion and green and red bell pepper.  Mix well.  Add salt and pepper.
3.  Fold in thawed hash browns.
4.  Mix well.  Spread 1/2 mixture over bottom of 9x13 greased dish, then 1/2 sausage--continue layering until out of ingredients.
5.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Enjoy!
